Sales Representative


  • Research and secure new key accounts on an international scale
  • Manage, engage with, and sustain existing accounts
  • Understand each account’s unique business to customize an assortment plan, provide guidance on best practices to maximize sales and support
  • Partner with the operations, retail, fulfillment, client service, and public relations to build the brand within the USA territory.
  • Travel to wholesale showrooms during market times to represent the brand in the gift industry and garnish new retailer connections
  • Setting quarterly sales goals and objectives
  • Analyze and recap weekly and monthly selling report
  • Manage existing showroom and sales rep relationships by setting goals and maintaining accountability


  • Customer service skills to listen to concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
  • Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in directly-calling customers and making a sale
  • Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
  • Ability to travel and conduct in-store brand training and retailer appointments
