Our First-Annual Fortune & Frame Friendsgiving
Step Inside F&F
This year we have so much to be thankful for. We moved our headquarters to a stunning two-story townhouse in Chelsea. We finally got our production sorted so that we can get even our most highly personalized jewelry pieces out to our customers quickly. And we're feeling a lot of love from the new people that have discovered us this past year. Not to mention, we have a passionate team that is making it all happen!
We were looking for a way to show our gratitude for all of this and came up with the idea of hosting a Fortune & Frame Friendsgiving party. Our first annual Friendsgiving event was an intimate evening of good cocktails, good eats and good fortune. Or rather, good fortune...haikus.
We've been following The Haiku Guys for a while, and decided to reach out to them to see if they wanted to team up with us for Friendsgiving. You might have come across The Haiku Guys at a cool event or on instagram--they're a group of poets who do on-the-spot poetry experiences. You tell them what's on your mind. They transform it into a personalized haiku.
When we reached out, they weren't only interested, they'd been looking for something like our lockets for people who ask if they have something to frame their haikus in. And like that, "fortune haikus"--or mini, fortune-sized versions of their haikus--officially became a thing.
Here's a look at our first Friendsgiving event, featuring the Haiku Guys (or, Gals) and an early preview of some of the pieces from our new Capsule Collection (coming soon!) that we shared with media, influencers and other friends who attended.
Our friends from the press, social media and everyday life came out to see our new space and coming-soon pieces.
