Why I Wear
I’ve been thinking a lot about the little notes inside my locket as I get ready to head back to NYC.
Inside my locket: "Distance only makes the heart grow fonder."
I either wear my locket long or double-wrapped for this shorter, layered look.
The past five-and-a-half months have been a series of unexpected turns that led me to believe that some things are meant to happen for a reason.
The inspirational quote I'm wearing now: "Get lost in the right direction."

Spending so much time back where I grew up reminded me what it was like to be a kid, not to worry so much about the “what ifs” and just let life happen (which, for me, is easier said than done!).
